Shared Infrastructure

For the installation of its network, an operator can use the infrastructure belonging to another operator of electronic communications network or an operator with a concession license.

In this regard, he addresses a written request to share infrastructure withthe owner of the infrastructure.

The owner of the concerned infrastructure is required to respond to the request for infrastructure sharing within a maximum period of sixty (60) days, from the date of filing, attested by an acknowledgement of receipt.

Theabove-mentioned time limit can be extended for the same period, when the site needed for sharing is occupied by other users and the owner of the site is required to consult it in order to avoid subsequent technical difficulties in the execution of the contract.
