The Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Board (TRB) convenes on 9 and 10 December 2025 in the conference hall of the Lagon Resort Hotel in Kribi.

Under the chairmanship of Professor Justin Diffo, née Tchunkam, President of the Board, the proceedings comprise in succession the 57th ordinary session and the 67th extraordinary session.

During the ordinary session, held on Tuesday morning, the directors reviewed the implementation report of the recommendations adopted at the 56th session, which had taken place on 18 June 2025 in Ebolowa.They also examined the Board’s annual performance report, finalized on 15 November 2025 and presented by the Directorate General.

Another major item on the agenda was the adoption of the budget for the 2026 fiscal year.

The extraordinary session, scheduled for Wednesday, 10 December 2025, is set to address a range of issues, reaffirming the Board’s commitment to strengthening the Board’s governance under the leadership of its Director General, Professor Philémon Zoo Zame, and to ensuring close oversight of the challenges facing Cameroon’s telecommunications sector.
